Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who we are
ipowork (www.ipowork.com) is operated by Capnexus Technologies Private Limited, India. By creating an account or using ipowork, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Accounts
- Professional portals are for verified merchant bankers, institutions, fund managers, chartered accountants, company secretaries and companies. We may verify your registration and may refuse or close an account that cannot be verified.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. What ipowork is, and is not
- AIRA scores, reports, AI answers and other outputs are analytical information, prepared from data that may be incomplete or delayed. Check important facts against original sources before you rely on them.
- ipowork is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and does not give investment, legal or tax advice. Regulated activities are undertaken only after the required registrations, or through authorised partners.
- Drafts produced by ipowork, including DRHP sections and document proformas, are starting points. The professional who files or signs a document remains responsible for it.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload or create in ipowork. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. We do not use one customer's data for another customer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse ipowork. In particular, do not:
- share confidential issuer information you see on ipowork outside the purpose it was shared for;
- copy, scrape or resell ipowork data or reports in bulk;
- try to access other users' data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
- use ipowork for anything unlawful, including insider trading or misleading the market.
6. Fees
Paid reports and plans are priced on the page where you buy them. Separate written agreements, such as the merchant banker platform agreement, apply in addition to these terms where you have accepted them. If they conflict, the separate agreement prevails.
7. Availability
We work to keep ipowork available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free data. We may change or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ipowork is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on ipowork outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You may close your account at any time by writing to partners@ipowork.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, referred to arbitration under the rules of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, seated in New Delhi, in English.
